Even bunnies deserve treats (aka thoughts on supplements for us tripawfect pets)

Hello all,

Still cold here… Mum is so embarassing sometimes, she put a knitted bunny cap on me… A bunny cap!!! Does she not know that I’m a hound… Of well, if it makes her smile…

I thought I’d show off my internet sleuth skills (who says tripawd hounds can’t use Google) and share our favourite snacks, i.e. joint supplements (yum!). That funny four-legged Golden gets jealous of our treats – especially the 4Cyte as it smells like fish in my dog bowl! It’s one of the happy moments of being a tripawd – we get yummy treats to protect our joints and cartilage and help keep them as strong as possible. Our vet, who is a super specialist on post-surgery and us ‘special’ pups and cats recommended these as our best combo so thought I’d share, always good to have as much info as posible on alternatives and possbilities!

And I’m super special, a bit over a month after my peeps adopted me our vet thought that I walked a bit strangely, something about my rear left leg (it’s my front right leg that was amputated), x-rays revealed that… I have another bullet in that leg. They say they don’t want to remove it as any damage could compromise my mobility and it does not seem to bother me at all…

I just think it makes me BionicHound with a leg of steel :)! You can see my secret weapon below, that perfect little round circle under the ‘L’, did I not tell you I’m special?

My peeps never tell my ‘story’ by the way to people we meet… People used to say ‘poor dog’ and shower me with pitty and sadness. I’d look up at them with huge hound eyes and not get it! Hey, I’m the world’s happiest dog, and I’m super special! Now they just say that they adopted me like this and people shower me with love! I know that they’re just trying to protect that strange Golden with 4 legs and not make her feel bad about being different from Cinta and I :)! Tripawds rule in our house!

So here are mine that my peeps give me each day (I’ll sound all savant but the technical terms come from the product web sites). Does not mean they’re better than others but since they were recommended to us frozen-weather tripets I wanted to share them with my fellow perfect pets, can never have too much info on keepingus fit!

4Cyte:
